equine welfare -meaning of welfare

In order to apply the meaning of welfare we should know some rules and some mistakes we have used to do

Before dealing with animal we should be sure that this animal is alive thing and have sensation and have good memory for those who deal with and also has good ability to read the facial expression and all movement we do not only  human presence is the obstacle for the equine but also other animals or even any change in the surroundings so we should sure that we deal with an intelligent animal

ما لا تعلمون"

علاقة الخيل بالانسان قوية منذ قديم الاذل وكغيره من الحيوانات له صفات تربطه بصاحبه

وتربط صاحبه به شىء يوصف بالجاذبية ودون الخوض فى صفات الخيل التى تميزه عن

غيره من الحيوانات فان الفصيلة الخيلية تتكيف مع البيئة المحيطة بفطنة وكفائة عالية تسهل على مقتنيها حسن استغلالها

 اذكر احد المرات اتحدث الى احد اصدقائى فقال لما تهتمين

بالفصيلة الخيلية قلت له انى احبها كما انت تحبها قال نعم احبها ولكن ليس بمثل هذه الدرجة

قلت له نعم انا اعشقها لانها هامة جدا للناس ولم اكمل كلامى حتى قاطعنى وقال هامة؟كيف

انها ليست مفيدة انا احبها للتسلية لا ان اضيع وقتى فى الاهتمام المبالغ به فى رعايتها

وعلاجها فانا اهتم بالدواجن والبهائم اكثر منها وقتها صدمت ودون خوض فى تفاصيل

الحوار وجدت نفسى امام وجهة نظر مسيطرة على معظم الناس

Introduction to equine world

man has always had a different relationship with horses from that with other agricultural live stock this is probably not really due to the intelligence of these animals on which opinions differ in any case . however, it cannot be denied that they have a distinct sensibility and the ability to adjust to people and to react to the slightest utterance the reason for the special relationship between man and horse is probably that the usefulness of the horse lies not in products but in its capabilities in conjunction with man

horses are classified into heavy draught ,light draught ,riding (saddle horses) and ponies

congenital anomaly in calf suffers tympany

this is the first time I see case like that calf suffers from tympany after feeding and from the right side not the left one ?

as any method for diagnosis use stethoscope for hearing the sound of the rumen
on the left side but here no sound no sound on the left but typical sound on the right sound
by sonar there 's rumen criteria on the right side and abomasum on the left
after feeding the calf show tympany but with normal defecation and urination

no surgical interference done

this is  an amazing case the owner says:
animal off food ,increase in the size of abdomen and not respond to any treatment

by sonar:
fluid present in the ventral wall  but with some difference according to the site near the fore limb some what defined to make you say its localized and in the site near the hind limb 

by abdomenocentesis :
fluid in the hind area with no odor and yellowish in color by heating not reveal any odor and fuid in the fore limb area looks like pus
itis pus
