congenital anomaly in calf suffers tympany

this is the first time I see case like that calf suffers from tympany after feeding and from the right side not the left one ?

as any method for diagnosis use stethoscope for hearing the sound of the rumen
on the left side but here no sound no sound on the left but typical sound on the right sound
by sonar there 's rumen criteria on the right side and abomasum on the left
after feeding the calf show tympany but with normal defecation and urination

no surgical interference done

perireticular abcess

this is  an amazing case the owner says:
animal off food ,increase in the size of abdomen and not respond to any treatment

by sonar:
fluid present in the ventral wall  but with some difference according to the site near the fore limb some what defined to make you say its localized and in the site near the hind limb 

by abdomenocentesis :
fluid in the hind area with no odor and yellowish in color by heating not reveal any odor and fuid in the fore limb area looks like pus

حالة تسمم دموى فى اسماك -Septicemia

شكوى صاحب المزرعة ان فيه نسبة وفيات وفيه اسماك حجمها تضخم شوية وفيه سمك وهو بيتابعه بيحس انه  دايخ والعليقة مظبطها وكل حاجة 

فيه تغيير فى لون السمكة من الخارج عليها بقع دموية

بالفتح كان فيه تجمع للمياة فى التجويف البطنى للسمك المنتفخ وكان فيه تغيير للون الخياشيم فى العينات الموجودة

العلاج:

اولا

زيادة سرعة تغيير المياة فى الاحواض عن الطبيعى 

ثانيا 

oxytetracycline (oxysac)

جم لكل 4 كيلو علف لمدة تلات ايام

phlepitis in horse

this case is very rare it's the first time to see it doctor inject irritant drug in the neck and in the jugular vein lead to heamatoma the animal rab itself leading to opening of the skin and oozing of blood the owner say large amount and then doctor suture the resulted wound but after few hrs it returns back bleed he suture it again but the site was enlarged and the neck till the mandible

filaria in buffalo

this case suffers from congested blood vessels all over body surface and by blood examination reveals nothing and by long incubation for 24hr reveals filaria 

pan & strept is good for treatment

coenurus cerebralis in sheep

this sheep suffers from coenurus cerebralis and this case prognosis not good but you can try with treatment 

abomasal impaction

this case of bad prognosis as it suffers from sever abomasal impaction from ten days and ingesta become hard and the only treatment is surgical but also in this case the animal suffers from sever dehydration and emaciation so it's of bad prognosis 

tetanus in buffalo

for detection of your treatment line you should detect the prognosis of the case

in this case the prognosis is soo bad and necessitate condemnation 

sever rumenal tympany

this case suffers from sever abdominal distension with off food with no response to treatment for three days

by sonar reveals as it abomasal displacement due to movement of the wall and rumenal movement is  reduced  and the wall is very very thin not like that of rumen

by rectal examination there is sac of air with large size leads to displacement of organs to the mid line and the rumen not detected so abomasal displacement is excluded

rupture of superficial tendon and granulation tissue

this case is complicated first rupture of superficial tendon due to trauma then given long period for healing without suturing or cast or bandage then the animal bear weight on it but there's granulation tissue and edema

Decupital ulcer in calf

from repeated trauma to the joints ulcer result

 treatment 

by depridment of the wound till oozing of blood 

then apply local antibiotic as aquapen then apply bandage not tight 

congenital knuckling over in calf

the limb with x- ray

free gas tympany & edematous skin disease

this case is complicated has free gas tympany & edematous skin disease

when doctor apply pressure by his hand return to its position quickly  and there's sever dilation in para lumber fossa

edematous skin disease appear as swelling around lymph node and when it treated as an abscess it returns again  and take course on the lymphatic system

recatal prolapse

this case suffers from gastrointestinal disturbances that leads to rectal prolapse which is treated by reduction by a doctor and suturing of the rectal mucosa with cat gut

that leads to :the prolapse returned  again as cat gut cause irritation to the mucosa of rectum and it is week  cannot bear the sever straining occur
