this case suffers from gastrointestinal disturbances that leads to rectal prolapse which is treated by reduction by a doctor and suturing of the rectal mucosa with cat gut
that leads to :the prolapse returned again as cat gut cause irritation to the mucosa of rectum and it is week cannot bear the sever straining occur
my treatment should include :
treatment of prolapse after removal of previous used cat gut
before suturing add anti inflammatory and antibiotic and analgesic
