Decupital ulcer in calf

from repeated trauma to the joints ulcer result

 treatment 

by depridment of the wound till oozing of blood 

then apply local antibiotic as aquapen then apply bandage not tight 

 

then give the following treatment

norocillin  50ml (vial )

ترج جيدا ويحقن 5سم عضل يوم بعد يوم 

phenyloject    50ml  (vial)

7سم تحقن عضل يوميا 

bivetrocin spray 

ترش على الجرح 

غيار الجرح بشاش مطهر ببتادين وتحك جيدا لمدة 10 ايام
