all most of internal organs are affected from trauma and condemned
and haemorrage in the fatty tail
doctor just excised the affected haemorragic areas and the rest of carcass passed
this is the color of renal fat
some criteria of internal organs of sheep and goat carcasses
consists of 3 lobes ,caudate lobe has pointed edges,distinct umblical fissure, with smooth surface,brownish red in color,gall bladder fingure like
oyster-shaped (in sheep),rectangular (in goat),reddish brown in color ,soft and elastic in touch
